We had an excellent experience with Paragon Honda and would recommend them to anyone!!! We purchased a used car from Omar and Abdul, the paper work was taking a while so they went out and bought us a pizza for my wife and kids while we waited. Could not ask for friendlier service then that!!!

I cannot vouch for the Paragon Honda dealership as a whole. However, Fernando was great! We arrived knowing exactly what we wanted and how much we were willing to pay for it - he made the deal happen. He was very friendly and guided us through the entire process very professionally. If you find yourself coming to this dealership, do yourself a favor and ask for Fernando.

Came into paragon to trade in my current car, my current car has a payoff of 16,000 they offered me 11500 for my trade in, which leaves me with a negative equity of 4500 which should be rolled over to the new car. The new car i wanted was a little over 28,000 after taxes and other fees. They then subtracted my trade in value 11,500 to the new car, this left me at 16,500 for the new car . Not only did they roll over the 4500$, but they also sneaked my "WHOLE " current payoff amount on top of the 21,000$ Not only did they try to steal my current car they also tried making me pay for both cars by re-adding my payoff amount ,when they already had deducted the trade in of 11500, everything on the buy order came out to 36,000 some how which makes no sense , keep in mind thats the principal alone!!!! they also said i would be paying around 700$ monthly payment including the interest with a 10% APR !!!!. bunch of crooks, after bringing my business back to paragon, this is how you treat your returning customers ? the finance team are scammers they lie to your face and say your credit is horrible when in reality its average . Oh and did i mention im only 19? perfect opportunity all they needed was a signature .

I would like to say these guys are great guys who are efficient and don't beat around the bush and waste your time. Both guys should be promoted to the next level. My name is Frank B. and I helped my brother in-law Paul purchase a 2014 Honda CR-V. The car was everything we expected and Paul's lease return went smooth. There was a small discrepancy on the invoice but nothing big. Justin agreed to make it right but Paul and I let it go because the whole experience was great and no one is perfect. They get back to you immediately, are very professional and answered all our question. Even Nadia the receptionist was one of the better receptionists I ever dealt with. I would buy from them again and would recommend them to my own family. Good hard working people!!

I went in for a simple oil change. While sitting in the waiting area, a sales person asked me to his area to talk an about the Vehicle Exchange Program. He told me my lease is almost up and they can help get me into a new car today. I was willing to listen and they spend a good amount of time talking about getting me a new car. They sent me out to test drive the newest model. They passed me around a few times to speak to different people. I ended up with a finance guy and gave me the pitch. I was a little overwhelmed by how quick the process took. They did a credit check and told me I have excellent credit, but did not give me the best rate since I did not plan to put a gigantic deposit nor did I want an extremely high monthly rate. The monthly payment was provided, but it did not show what I paid for. That pricing was glanced over. The idea of leaving the dealership with a new car was enticing. Suffice to say, I ended up with a new car, but not until the extended warranty was added (which was $1000 more than I could have gotten elsewhere, and some kind of tire protection warranty for $800 more. Since the price was all bundled into monthly payments, I did not figure that out until I got home. My advice, buyers beware. Too many slick talking sales people there. I felt they kept me waiting in the waiting room to put the pressure on.
