I needed fairly extensive paint/body work done on my 2012 Civic. I spoke with Alex Bifna at the Paragon Service Center. He was extremely helpful and courteous. The car was delivered back to me on time and looking perfect. Mr. Bifna showed that he really cares about his job, the cars, and the service he provides. I could not be happier with the results.

Believe me when I say that I have been to every major dealership on northern blvd in pursuit of a new vehicle. Upon arrival at the Honda dealership I was greeted by Haitham Elkholi who helped me and sold me on a Honda Accord sport without being pushy or using aggressive sales tactics. As a matter of fact he quickly helped me get in a test drive before he even had a guarantee from me of purchase. I can say that for such a big decision ( purchasing a vehicle) my experience at Honda of paragon was pleasant and quite effortless. They were professional, courteous and knowledgable. Special thanks to Gabriel in financing as well who worked a miraculous deal for me and secured me a relatively low interest rate for my credit score. Overall great place and a great atmosphere to buy a car.

I had the most excellent service today at Paragon Honda. Everyone had a smile on and was very helpful and nice. I would like to give my extreme appreciation to my car dealer Haitham! He went above and beyond to make sure that the deal was able to fit mine and my family's budget. He was extremely patient and kind throughout the whole two day process of leasing my first car! Yesterday we spent a couple of hours trying to come to an agreement and we didn't end up getting everything finalized and as I was going home with my fiance and daughter, he offered to take us home on his own time! That is what seperates Haitham from any other dealer I have come across throughout this process! He is a genuinely kind person and I would surely recommend him to any friend or relative!

Watch out when Paragon offers you Financial Deal & Car Price. My experience with them, I find they are very tricky and do not open up financial option on the table. I find them very strange, yes they are in business for last numbers of years but I am suspicious about Honda Paragon?s offers & deals. I wish consumers affairs review Paragon Honda?s business how many customer they ?R?. Yes I admit I was a fool that I visited there Show Room in Northern Blvd and bought from them. Deal I stuck with them same deal I found in the internet and other dealer much better then Paragon Honda. Now I will be over paying about hundreds or more every month.

This Dealership was recommended to us via Geico. Our sales person, Quedwin, was very helpful and went out of his way to give us a feel and understanding of the car. He was great but when it came time to discuss the trade in value of our car the dealership completely tried to take advantage of us. I looked up the value of our car before coming to the dealership on several sites (such KBB, cars, edmunds, and autotrader) and they tried to under value the car by at least $2000 to $1000. The person in charge of looking at vehicles for trade in just turned the car on and looked at the mileage. That was his whole assessment of the vehicle. I showed them what it was valued at on KBB and Edmunds but they did not care. We walked away without purchasing a new car because we felt like this dealership completely tried to take advantage of us. Our sales person, Quedwin, was great but the management is not.

I purchased Honda Fit in Jan 2015. I like my salesperson, Rosa. She is very friendly. The reason why I titled my review as "mix review" is because what happened after I signed the agreement. I was put through to speak to a woman with black hair to get my license plate. She gave me a terrible license #. It's considered as bad luck in my culture. She dismissed my concern quickly and said there is nothing she could do. I would have to go to DMV and pay extra to change my license plate #. I should've told her I would cancel my credit card and cancel the purchase. It was rainy on that day. She didn't want to get wet so she asked her colleague to carry an umbrella and escorted her to my car so she can go over the feature with me. Meanwhile, I, the customer, was soaked by the time I got in my car. She was very impatient when she showed me the car feature. I was very annoyed with her at that point and wanted her out of my car so I told her I will read the manual. It takes me a while to write this review because I just found out how much will cost me to change the license plate. Her abrasive attitude is not a good fit for customer service.
