It has a good service

It is with great pleasure that I write to applaud your organization (especially Steve the Service Consultant) for the great service I received today and prior visits. My visit to Paragon Honda is always pleasant and the car is always service just right. My car is backed by Honda Care and rather than wasting precious time, Steve takes care of off my troubles and gets me back on the road with a smile on my face. The man who greeted me and the person who took my info were very nice and friendly. I was disappointed that I was charged for tire rotation. I thought that service should have been part of the Honda service.

For the most part, the service department provided the service I needed. It's just that I waited over 2 hours to get the NYS car inspection done. I suppose I could have just gone a local place and waited maybe 30 minutes and then be on my way. But then again the local place does not have my full trust. I trust Paragon Honda to service my car. I just hope they can improve on the wait time.

From start to finish the service was first rate.
