The man who greeted me and the person who took my info were very nice and friendly. I was disappointed that I was charged for tire rotation. I thought that service should have been part of the Honda service.

For the most part, the service department provided the service I needed. It's just that I waited over 2 hours to get the NYS car inspection done. I suppose I could have just gone a local place and waited maybe 30 minutes and then be on my way. But then again the local place does not have my full trust. I trust Paragon Honda to service my car. I just hope they can improve on the wait time.

From start to finish the service was first rate.
