Honda Accord Captures Highest April Sales

May 13th, 2013 by

The Honda Accord knows what it takes to be No. 1. Popular, useful, and versatile, the midsize sedan sealed the top spot in its segment on the national sales charts by a large margin.

Believe us when we say the numbers speak for themselves. The sedan rolled in 33,538 units this April bringing the year-to-date’s total to 121,965 units. To get an idea of just how successful this vehicle was this past month, the Accord was ahead 1,828 units over the Toyota Camry, the runner up.

High ranking results can only mean one thing: there’s something for everyone. Reliability and long-lasting quality are a good fit for all, but then the options become more specifically tailored to the driver type. There are six trims to choose from, and they each carry their own strengths.

If power is your forte, then one of the V-6 options like the Accord EX-L V-6 or Touring editions will suit you well. It pumps out 278 horsepower–just the right amount of muscle and control.

If fuel economy is more your route, then consider a baseline Accord EX for its continuously variable transmission that can reach 27 miles per gallon city/36 mpg highway, according to the EPA.*

Let’s not forget the copious features that come equipped with your vehicle of choice. You can select from an array of option such as Honda LaneWatch, Bluetooth, a rearview camera, and a Push Button Start.

See the selection for yourself at our Paragon Honda showroom located in Woodside, NY. Our team can set up a test drive with our available models and help pair you with the new Honda you’ve have your eye on.
